Information for Participants
We welcome venues, participants and groups who are doing something creative and significant. From the University to the parks, from the streets and watering holes of G3, G11, G12 and G20 we aim to reflect the many nationalities, interests and creative impulses of those people who gather here in Glasgow. We will get bigger and better.
WEF is an independent event with some grant aid from the local authority, but it has to earn as much income as possible – over 50% of costs. We are grateful to our sponsors, advertisers and donors, including Awards for All, Waitrose, the Alliance Francaise and the Hugh Fraser Foundation for keeping our flag flying, when some others are hanging limp.
