The West End Festival is an independent event with some grant aid from the local authority, but it has to earn as much income as possible - over 50% of costs. We are grateful to our sponsors, advertisers and donors, including Awards for All, Waitrose, the Alliance Francaise and the Hugh Fraser Foundation for keeping our flag flying strongly.
A separate page has a history of WEF, but the real achievement of WEF is yet to be written as we head for 2014 and a place as the Scottish lynchpin event of the early summer behind the Edinburgh Festivals.
